Newbie - want to quit smoking

@Hayley013 I would experiment with which coils you prefer. I vape 20mg nic salts using the 0.6ohm coil, and it works for me. It’s a very loose mtl or rdl vape, it’s never going to be a cloud-chucking monster vape, it’s not designed for it. I would be cautious using salts if you were using a device that produces big clouds of vapour - with huge clouds comes a huge nic hit - but a Pockex isn’t that kind of vape. You can also use the Nautilus Xs 0.7 mesh coil - my preferred coils are the 0.6 and 0.7 ohm variants in the Pockex.

Would I dehydrate generally vaping or more so with the salts? I wouldn’t be vaping all the time, I’ve got kids and tend to nip outside for a smoke so would vape the same, which is what made me think the salts would be more suitable for, am I on the right track with that?
Yes, salts r going to be more like going outside to smoke a cig real quick, than not smoke for a while, it just mimics the bodies absorption more closely than freebase.

Part of the dehydration is from the pg, but it just dehydrates u in general, maybe someone else knows why

Edit-if u r only vaping a cpl hits every hour off a small pod u probably wont have an issue with that

Thanks for all of this everyone, I’ve now taken to vaping 20mg nic salts in the aspire pockex with the 0.6ohm coil, I might buy the 0.8ohm to try.
@Leni what other device would you recommend is good for what I’m vaping? I’d quite like to try another with a similar set up to the pockex
