Personally treat it like a cigarette and mtl with the 1.2, you can mtl with the 0.6 too but it will be more airy.
I would 100% suggest nic salts only if u are going to mtl though.

This is extremely helpful thank you! I think it’s starting to make more sense in that MTL is gonna give me a smaller hit but the higher MG accounts for that. I’m going to start there and see how I go because at the moment I’m vaping DTL with the 0.6ohm coil, but the 6mg freebase nic juice is just not cutting it for my cravings, 12mg too harsh on my throat.

I have no doubt I’ll be back haha thanks everyone

Welcome and please just ask, we all started somewhere hun, i quit nearly 2 n half years ago with the help and guidance of many people on here so I understand. I'm strictly MTL, Salts and mainly pod or starter kits, very happy to help with anything. The pockex is a decent starter.
When i dabbled initially it was dtl with freebase 6 or 3mg and it didnt cut it for me either

Same as me! Juice Head do great fruits, my fav. SOLT also do some nice ones. Its trial and error. When u want to order and u choose what u want just message me and I will tell u which ones are decent and which arent. There are some great brands but some shit ones too! Lol

I started with the NIC salts. Started on 20mg then dropped to 10 before going to 6mg freebase NIC. I started with a Caliburn stick thing, getting that perfect draw and easing the craving you'll get. Try various strengths but don't buy too many until you find your 1
