Nice comment piece on Spiked

Aaaah Spiked, the contrarian's source of all things common sense.

Anyway, they posted a nice commentary piece in the wake of the PHE study yesterday.

Ecigs only get a mention at the beginning, before the commentator goes on to discuss increasing restrictions on smokers and the efforts to "denormalise" the activity in all public places. But worth a read.
