Noise with Pandora?

Got pre owned Pandora and half way through a inhale I'm getting a vroooooom sound. Goes away on 1.6mm and 2mm, starts on 1.6mm and gets worse the smaller the hole. What's going on had it apart again cant see why its happening.

some tanks can have that happen when it’s flooding just a wee bit, not enough to gurgle but some liquid is round about the air hole. it gets worse the smaller the hole.

i’ve never used this tank but you could maybe try a wee bit more cotton.

I did think that didnt see any flooding and rewicked it again with more cotton incase. The seller did clean it, I wonder if waters got in the airflow control dial and its section? I did blow out a bit of red watery liquid when I had it apart. Maybe next time I need to it blow out using every position on the air flow dial. It's a nice vape otherwise.
