Noob question on refilling tank

It's an odd one, 6mg would explain the harsh throat hit but lack of vapour is the odd part.

Usually when you open up the tank the coil saturates more and the first few hits are more 'juicy' = more nicotine in the draw.

Just a quick experiment, forget refilling for the moment, after the tank is behaving as you like it, open up the fill cap for a couple of seconds then close it and see if it's behaving the same way.

I think what’s happening is that screwing the top cap on is pushing air downwards into the tank, which in turns pushes too much liquid into the coil, sort of choking it in a way. Just my theory, I have a tank that does similar.

Ok you were right, it's nothing to do with refilling its every time I open it up.

Okay I think we are getting somewhere, options are:
Change to 3mg and get used to the first over saturated draws. I actually enjoy those first few puffs and periodically open up my fill port for longer coil life.
Carry on with 6mg but take a few primer draws (as in vape but don't inhale and blow it out)

Great I'll try both suggestions thanks to everyone, what a great community, posted my question this morning and got answers by lunchtime :)

Happy to help, I learned almost everything from fellow apes on here when I joined, made me feel welcome and no question was too daft :)

Stick around I think you will enjoy it.
