Thanks for the warm welcome. The advice so far has been great. Just looking for any recommendations now. Think I’m looking at the cool fire 4, but to future proof myself and should I be looking for a 100w version in case I want more power?

cool fire pro is 120w (i think) my bro in law has one and its a great little setup, you might want to upgrade the tank after a while as i think it doesn't have enough air flow, but a great budget setup, nevertheless

Hi @Sirspidey and welcome to the forum. Coolfire is cracking little mod with half decent battery life and very solid construction, my wife's uses it as her go to work mod for that very reason, powered is dependant on the type of vaping you want to do, for sub ohm it's OK but battery won't last as long, my wife uses a nautilus tank which is MTL and lasts her a couple of days on a single charge.
