70vg would be fine for the AIO. I haven't tried 80+vg in one of them before but I imagine it's starting to get into dry burn and coil gunking territory.
I'd say buy the juice and see how it goes. If it's burning coils or not wicking properly, you can just add a couple drops of PG or de-ionised water to dilute it down until it works.

A quick follow up, I've been using 80/20 and I can already taste some coil burning so i'm going to have to find somewhere that sells the coils and buy another one

80/20 is too thick for the AIO, you need 70/30, got a few of these in the house and they can't keep wicking with thicker 80/20 but are good with 70/30.
