As a relatively new vaper I've found myself looking around for new juices to try. I thought I'd share my experiences with you all and maybe help a few newbies like me know what to expect from different juice brands. Here goes!
As always I am using an Innokin Cool Fire IV Plus with an iSub Apex tank, 2.0Ω Innokin Kanthal/Japanese Cotton coil at between 10 and 14W with a mouth to lung style as is my preference. I have not tested this juice on a sub Ω setup because I don't enjoy the experience this offers so your milage may vary.
For each juice flavour review I am using a clean tank and new coil to avoid flavour contamination from previous juices. I also have a bottle of water to hand between wattage changes to help me better judge the taste.
Before ordering I had some questions regarding the presence of Diketones in the liquids from Phileas Fogg. These were answered very quickly with a resounding no, all the liquids from PF are Diketone free. Great news. I placed my order for a dozen bottles and within 36hrs they were at my door. Great service indeed.
Etons Mess 6mg:
I really love Eton Mess dessert and have been looking forward to getting home today to give this a proper try. The bottles I have received are plastic 10ml drip-tip style with black screw caps. They feature a nice branding sticker along with the expiry date and batch number incase something is a bit off. I removed the cap expecting that familiar creamy strawberry scent, and I must say I was not disappointed. A gentle fruity aroma began to fill the room. The juice itself is crystal clear and like all the juices from @pfvapes comes pre-steeped and ready to vape. Good start.
I began to vape at 10W which is near the bottom of the Wattage range for these coils, the flavour was mainly cream with a sweet but not sickly note and a hint of fresh strawberries. Very tasty but I want more! I upped the settings to 12W and the vapour production has increased greatly, along with the flavour! Wow, now I'm getting the sweet cream and strawberries but the meringue has just popped in too. Lovely. I upped the settings once more to 14W and this seems to be the sweet spot (pardon the pun!) for this flavour. Rich cream, fresh strawberries and meringue you can almost chew. If like me you're a fan of Eton Mess dessert then this juice will not disappoint. I thought the Baykwell was great but this is an outstanding replication of the target dessert. Overall I'd have to say this is a straight 10/10 for me. Great job Phileas Fogg.
Tomorrow nights review will be Strudel Oodles, I'm already excited for that one...
