Decided!

Ok, Thanks for all the comments and votes folks!

Have decided...

will go for the MVP v2 (I like the idea of a long battery life - and its versatility)

PLUS

got to go for the Hana DNA30 clone (when it finally arrives on our shores) - was considering the VaporShark, but I like the idea of having a 18650 battery setup, in case I decide to go down the Mech route in the future

One final question on this

I have noticed the evolve DNA30 Chip has been reduced quite considerably recently - so was wondering

a) if I get a Hana Clone - will it be easy to swap out the clone chip with the evolve version? I could cope with a few solder joints, but my DIY skills don't go much beyond that

b) or am I better getting a Hana type enclosure (with all the bits - I am sure I saw someone post a link on here somewhere) and build from scratch using the eVolve chip

Cheeking one :-) - any mod builders prepared to build one for me, if I get all the bits (obviously prepared to pay for time/effort, if reasonable

Hi again Asif, I have the VS and a Hana Modz clone (arriving today). The VS is incredible!! The battery lasts all day at 15watts with an occasional drip at 20Watts. I don't know how, but it does. It must be magic.
The reviews of the clone reckon there is no difference, other than being £100 cheaper! Especially the Clouper clone which I have bought from Vape Smith (mentioned in a review of the clone).
Answering your question I think you could easily swap the clone board for genuine but it may take some dismantling and the removed board may not be salvageable by the time you finish. There are rumours of a lot of hot glue being used. Hope this helps!

Hello

Hi good people of POTV,

I need some help! I am probably the most indecisive person on the planet and tend to procrastinate to the point I freeze.

All the choices available to Vapers doesn't help

Right I need some help choosing from one of the below, as I my next upgrade

For reference, I currently have:

a) a couple of eVods (ego with CE4/5 single and dual coil clearomisers)
b) Innokin iTaste VV/VW v3 (with iClear16 and Protank2 (with Air regulator)
c) IGO-W atty for tring my hand on building coils and dripping
d) A few Boge XL/LR cartos - for a quick fix when I am on the go

Not, quite ready for a Mech Mod, just yet - but I am sure that will be on the horizon

SO, here are my options (I guess in order of preference)

1) Sigelei 20W (will allow easier upgrade to Mech's as will have the batteries and charger)

2) MVP V2 (possibly VTR v2 - but, understand I will be limited on what I can sit on it?)

3) Vamo V5

4) DNA 30 (Dana Modz?) - which I believe will be available in the next couple of weeks

I know I will need to upgrade my tanks and intend to get Protank 3 mini, Aspire Nautilus and Aerotank mini - regardless of which Mod I get

so what do you think peeps and why?

Even though I have two box mods on the list, I am not sure if I am quite convinced yet

So, I guess a 5th option is Sigelei 20W AND a MVP v2 - and I will be done for a bit

BTW - can't work out how to create a poll with these 5 options - can anyone help?

Thanks

Asif

I have 2 vamo's,the v3 v5 ,if you drop them you stand a good chance of damaging the buttons other than that they ok, manger tech aero tank good, kayfun lite with adjustable airflow good,

I got the vamo V2 & V5 and the vamo was on passenger seat of car i swung a right and the vamo shot left into the passenger door hard and then crashed to the footwell and not a scratch working perfectly as per norm

What ever u do don't pick Vamo V5...4 months down the line the threads are going on mine...having to put tape on the nautilus tread n then screw onto vamo..other tanks dont work now ie kanger..nova...going to buy a MVP as they don't roll of the table like the vamo does.

Can't go wrong with an MVP.

Mine hasn't seen enough use lately, been stuck in the cupboard for a good 3 weeks.

Maybe time to move it on to a new home!
