At the moment I have a Uwell crown with a ni200 coil in , I have locked the coil in at 0.17 ohm ,the temperature is set to 500f and the wattage is 50 watts all this is on my joyetech cuboid .what I need help is their is lots of vapour but not much taste I thought the Uwell was supposed to be good at flavour !!! If I put the same juice (80vg 20pg ) in my kangertech subtank with a 0.5 ohm coil and vape at 20 w I get more vapour and a lot more taste why is this ?

try not to lock resistance as they fluctuate.
I would try 550F/60W and see what happens.
also check pin connection between the tank and mod.

I'm just reading my manual for my evic mini, I'm thinking its similar to cuboid.
from testing, I can lock it but it still fluctuate.

the manual says..
only lock when coil is in room temp
unlock before changing coil

You should lock the resistance on most mods for temp control.
Which mod are you using?

I must say I'm not quite sure I can feel the difference between lock/unlock

TC works by making calculations from a base resistance, which has to be locked with the Cuboid. It's as simple as that, please stop advising otherwise as you have done in more than one thread now.

You are giving the wrong advice the cuboid and evic vtc mini must have the resistance locked
when the coil is at room temperature.
