Isn't this an either you can or you can't question?
i smoked for twenty years and can only inhale into my mouth first and then the lungs, never straight back. A bit like when you see people inhaling and blowing smoke out their nose at the same time. I cannot do this either.
Can do a mean French inhale though, purely for asthetics you understand.
