No the chimney was stuck to the deck. Chimney unscrews from deck & refill/glass holder ring when it's not jammed on one or the other.

Sorry, I had to use a stock picture at the time of writing my query as I was at work and the Kensei was back home.

The deck was stuck to the chimney or the chimney was stuck to the deck. Same thing. Lol. The deck and the chimney were stuck together.
