I have a new istick 3 with a Melo III Mini tank which I’m struggling to set up.

When I attach the tank and press the button I get the message “Atomiser low”. The atomiser seems to be securely fitted, so I don’t have an answer. Does any wise guy out there have an answer?

The tank comes with what appear to be four sealing rings, but these aren’t mentioned in the assembly instructions. How are they supposed to be used

Twist the coil in / out a little more, that should help.
The washers will be spares in case the original ones in the tank break.

Hi and welcome :D

Atomiser low would suggest there is a short in the connections somewhere, it could be a faulty coil or something bridging the connection in either the tank and mod connection or between the coil and tank.

have you fully charged the mod battery for a good couple of hours.
can you post a picture of the screen.

I don't know the mello III, but I've had this "atomizer low" when a coil lead was too long (touching something) with rebuildables, or when a coil head was a dud or not screwed in properly. Check Miss Pepper's suggested fix, then check back on here. People should be able to see you right [emoji846]
