Interesting that it says it brings the law in line with other age restricted products such as cigarettes and alcohol when:

It is not illegal:

  • For someone over 18 to buy a child over 16 beer, wine or cider if they are eating a table meal together in licensed premises.
  • For a child aged five to 16 to drink alcohol at home or on other private premises.

I was informed by the school to ensure my son was wearing his glasses for tonight's theatre trip (if applicable), this afternoon.

I wonder if there is a limit to people wanting to control the minutiae of my life?

Have you had a wee like a good boy? Come on, you know you need to go.....just squeeze a little one out

There's something just a little bit Saville about that.

I need a shower.

In other european countries alcohol is much more integrated from an early age, it teaches moderation and means people don't go crazy when they hit 14/15/16/17 etc.
When will we learn as a society that life is for living and wrapping kids up in bubble wrap does them no favours.

I support consideration and moderation not rules and regulations.
