In two parts, the first relates to proposed regs prohibiting smoking in cars.
The second concerns sales of ecigs to under 18s and, for me, alarmingly purchases by adults FOR children.
If my kids smoked I wouldn't hesitate to purchase an alternative less likely to cause harm and persuade them to switch. Thankfully it's unenforceable claptrap
