Has any one else had a problem with them ?

I ordered a few RDAs from them 2 weeks ago and got a reasonable delivery time to find out that i was one RDA short. I emailed them to let them know, I was replied to by James apologising and explaining a situation he was having. Fair enough he said it was an over sight and would get it out in the post there and then.
All I can say is i still haven't had it and after another email explaining my disappointment I received a snotty email literally blaming RM I asked for proof of post but have yet to receive a response

Needless to say I will not be using them again
 
Placed a few orders with them and never had an issue.

Had a few conversations with James via FB, none regarding order problems I will add, just general chat and always seems very polite and responsive.

Maybe you been unlucky bud
 
Also only ever had a good experience with puff palace, but if i were in your shoes i wouldn't be happy.

I'd send him another email tomorrow morning, and if he doesn't answer within a few days i'd politely let him know i've tried to be patient, but if he doesn't respond i'd have no alternative but to open a paypal dispute, but i really don't want it to come to that. That usually gets things moving

I've had two orders from them and didn't have a problem with either. I would try emailing them again and hopefully it gets resolved.
