Question about settings for smok H-priv 2 (quad coil)

Ok so I am still new to tempature control and the settings for my mod. Apparently I messed it up and I can't go over 60 wats at the base unit, is there a way to reset the settings?? I am trying to get the best settings for taste rather than cloud.

my coil is:

Baby Beast V8-T12 Duodecuple Coil 0.15ohm:

• Designed for: 50-90W / Manufacturer's Recommended Wattage Range: 60-80W

Can someone please help me out?

hi and welcome to the planet.

i know nothing anymore about smok but as you mentioned temperature control you need to make sure it is a TC coil. as you state 50-90watts then it sounds like this coil should be used in wattage mode ONLY and not TC

^^^^^^^ agreed TC mode is your problem, change your settings back to Power or Wattage and you should be back to normal.

Usual method is:
3 clicks of the fire button to enter settings
Click the fire button once to select the next option.
When you get to Wattage or Power click and hold the fire button.
That should be it.

Give us a shout if you can't get there, but a simple YouTube review search usually shows you how to change settings.

oh the reason it was stuck at 60 was cause wat was sstrong i set it to normal, nut not sure what to set the ti's and other settings to.

Strong won't limit the watts, TC mode will, do you see a temperature on the screen as well as the watts? such as 130c or 450f for example.

ti is for titanium coils. I didn't know smok made coils capable of temp control stick to wattage mode.
