Worse today. I have a feeling this is actually a real cold. Of which I haven't had any for 2 years.
Giving up smoking is supposed to be good for me?? Doesn't feel like it right now. Lungs hurt, ears hurt, head hurts....

That does sound like you are actually ill! I don't know that ear ache is a side effect of quitting smoking. Hope you feel better soon

When I was still smoking, I rarely caught a cold... Not fair.
I wonder if it has to do with the fact that as a smoker we get more fresh air...

I was the opposite, always I'll when I was a smoker. I was even nicknamed the sickly one. I hardly ever get ill now, but when I do it floors me. I'd say you probably have a cold but it's being made worse by your body purging all the shit out. Hang on in there and if you need to moan or just need some sympathy you know where we all are

I feel for you... When I fully gave up the smokes I started to worry that I was getting sick from vaping... the quiters flu hit me hard.

It's that fuck-load of crap in smoke... your body is completely freaking out from the lack of chemicals.

Thankfully I don't actually feel like smoking a cigarette. That might actually be, because I feel like dying instead.
I am sure my immune system was so busy clearing out the accumulated rubbish, it totally missed out on this flu bug sneaking in... I think I need to have words with it...

Not an awful lot better today. Coughing a lot and it really hurts. Feels like I am trying to cough up sandpaper. Headache, earache, eyes hurt...
Thankfully its my Friday today. I might just spend the whole day in bed tomorrow..
