RDA coil for flavour...

So far going through the ones I have, I found the alien Clapton's to be the best flavour does anyone have a view on what would be better for flavour or wether they feel the alien coils would be the best.

Also what coils are you using in your RDA and why? what's the ohm reading? and what are you running it at?

I tend to use simple ss316 coils or sometimes will use a ss framed staple but always SS I just get a cleaner tasted from it.
I can pick out the individual elements of the juice much easier than I can on any other wire.
But like juice everyone likes something different [emoji16]
Usually around 0.15 ohm and 65 watts on a regulated mod

I tend to runn 316ss clapton coils at around 0.4 but also got some Nicr flat wire at 0.2 and awaiting the Ni200 to arrive to play with

I have sent him a message but for the minute trying to decide wether to just go back making them myself or buy them already made from smut.

Coil choice is subjective, what suits me may not suit you. I use Smut coils, Ni80/SS316 fused claptons, NiFe30 (for TC) & Brochrome. All depends what I'm building for, mech or regulated, RTA/RDA. A great coil can be shit in one attie but be the dogs in another.

Yeh I guess I'm using the hellvape dropdead , I haven't ventured into stainless steel yet so I may have to try that [emoji848][emoji848] I am thinking get a few of Smuts then get the stuff to build myself again because I like the whole experimenting side of it and that can creep up with price quite quickly haha

Pretty much the same as me.
Always SS316, but I go for flat wire, only because I find it easier to wrap than round wire.
0.4 ohms in single coil RDA's and 0.2 ohms in dual coil RDA's, mainly cause I'm a lazy bugger so with these setups it's the same coils to make all the time.
Only exception is a single coil vertical coil RDTA that I recently got, and while rummaging around in some old crap came across a pack of 0.38 ohm twisted SS316 pre made coils that fitted nicely, works quite nice.
I tried some NI80 flat wire once, same sort of build I normally do, 0.4 ohm in a single coil RDA, but found the vape a lot hotter, so not for me.

Mostly using 3 core fused claptons, i think that is currently the limit to my building skill so will be using them for a while, plus they work great and i don't think i would benefit adding anything else to them.
