Thanks for the info, i will be lining the tin so the wire won't touch i also have a couple more 510 s so i will see if i can find a better one . Thanks again for your help i might also replace the wires from the battery sled as i'm not sure if they are thick enough ?

technically they are on the slim side I would say 18gauge silicone cables are the upper limit but they must be stranded not solid copper its not a cooker
