Hi want to give review on Vapourtine ... ejuice ive been vaping blueberry and its absolutley gorgeous ..I leave it to steep for about a wk ..but best thing about the 20 ml bots are.. Vapourtine put a waterproof label on them so that you can quick steep them in warm water without the label falling off ...Also the dripper (as i would call it ) is so tihin you dont need a syringe to fill up your atys/carts ...well done This is my own personal opinion

I purchased a case and a vv battery from Vapourtine at the beginning of March and unfortunately my battery decided to (literally) fall apart for no apparent reason.

I sent them an image on an e-mail from my phone on the Monday and heard... nothing... On Friday night I thought I'd get the address off my phone and try again, only to notice the bloody phone hadn't sent the mail in the first place...

So sent an e-mail to them at around midnight on the Friday, expecting an e-mail back on Tues. I however got an almost instant reply (within 10min) and a promise of a replacement in the post after the bank holiday .

Fast forward to lunchtime Wednesday and sure enough my replacement battery is here and a little 5ml sample of espresso to try was thrown in too .

Well my replacement battery decided to disintegrate too (while sat waiting for a breakdown truck and with my spare battery flat ).

Thought it was worth letting Aaron @ Vapourtine know about this, as the build quality of said battery appeared to be dubious at best...

Once again I received an almost instant response, some friendly tips about battery care and a voucher for use on the website.

Aaron has never failed to be anything more than prompt, friendly and professional in his approach when I've had issues, if all customer services were like his life would be much simpler.

Another 10/10, looking forward to the ameretto E-juice I've ordered to come through now
