Its a very simple and saves buying new heads. Treat it as recycling

I been doing it this way and found it very easy to do..

But I have slightly change the method slightly tho..

I roll half the wick in foil and giving it a little squeeze and compressing the wick a little more making it easier to slide the coil to the middle works great for me and am complete
