REVIEW OF ROCKET SCIENCE MODS - PYREX DRIP TIPS

So, first review for a long while but I felt these deserved it. As always with any reviews written by me these are my opinions and not the opinions of POTV or any other members of the forum.

I always appreciate high quality products regardless of price, in this case, this is the highest price I have ever paid for a drip tip but.. you get what you pay for with hand crafted, original design and materials.. well nothing but the best!

Sometimes when we break and PV down into its individual components we could ask ourselves, why do we spend so much? We all know the answer to that, right?

So, I stumbled across Matts website, I hadn't seen it before or heard anything through the forums, you may have but I hadn't.. I live a sheltered existence.. considering RocketScienceMods created the DoodleBug & Rocket atomisers.

These are some of the key features that RocketScienceMods say about the Drip Tips on review:

High light transmission shock treated Pyrex (like Gorilla glass) driptips available in Shorty & Mega sizesFlame finished for a 'smooth as silk' luxury feel - finish resists 'crud' buildupStays cool even under extreme vaping condionsSet into a stainless steel collar with medical grade adhesive (approved for use in surgical instruments)Standard 510 fitting - Available in 2 lengths - 'Shorty' 16mm / 'Mega' 25mmBore size is 5.6mm straight through (no step) - perfect for dripping or normal vaping use** all driptips include multiple sets of o-rings for maximum compatability with different 510 fittings **Our toughened pyrex tips are extremely resilient, but are not 'unbreakable' - please take care with any glass product

Now, outside of the minimalistic look which I personally love, the key features that I like the sound of were 'finish resists 'crud' buildupStays cool even under extreme vaping condions'...

As I test this it also seems to resist vapour building up around the pyrex tube which is a bonus, but stopping the sausage roll aftermath sticking to my drip tip, looking like old flaky skin is also a huge tick in the box!

I've copied some pictures below but I want to say despite them costing £19 for the 'Shorty' & £20 for the 'Mega' with £4.50 for postage, I'm really very happy that these will take their place as my number 1 drip tip!

One last thing... its very cool (sad as it might be) to see the vapour resting in the tube...

Look nice but over £20.00 for a drip tip?

Out of my league.

Thanks for the review

With delivery yes, but we have to pay post for most! Best quality I have tried and seen, original too which is why they deserve a shout ;)

In the defence of price, any decent drip tip IMO is around or over 15 quid. My rsm Pyrex shorty is my favourite drip tip. I am also a fan of the hanep tips from shmovapes and the silo.

i can't see why anyone would be disappointed with the rsm tips as they really are quality. And often hard to come by. I have had people offer good money for mine, but I won't sell as I have too much love for it!

Lol any decent drip tip is around £15 that's complete and utter nonsense lmfao.

Just my opinion :)

Edit @op does look great though :)

Good to see other drip tips and not just the usual Chinese selection, I also agree with ElsaBubs that a decent drip tip does cost a fair penny. We spend a load of money on a battery carrier so why not the drip tip? No point finishing your £100/200 quid mod with a £2.00 drip tip

Lol might as well spend £100 on batteries and £50 on 10ml of liquid oh and don't forget you £20 1m silica lol

When they start producing gold batteries, e-liquid with THC content and silica wool woven by hand who knows hey?? ;)

horses for courses on what ppl want to pay for a DT, as with anything we use to vape :)
