I'm in both markets.
Personally (and this is real easy) if I see something I like the look of I will 9 times out of 10 buy it regardless of the price tag.
As already said horse for courses as we are all have individual tastes.

Got to admit they look real nice and I do like pyrex, but as I like the the 4 for a fiver on F/T I really couldnt warrant the price, but if you can afford them and you enjoy them go for it. But thanks for the review and showing them to us

The main difference with these tips is that unlike the cheaper glass ones if the edge bocomes rough you can re polish it yourself with a simple ice cube and blow torch!, set your DT in an ice cube then carefully flame the topedge with the hottest part of the blow torch flame and Voila, rough spots gone. do that with a cheap one and it will break...

stumpy's are good mate, Darren put some thought into those finish off a Mega well, the barrel is a weird one, but I saw them up on his site last week and had to try one

I like the look of these and the thought of having a pyrex tip. Almost tempted even at the high price. Right up until the £4.50 postage. Whats that about? Lots of sellers will send all sorts of stuff for a flat £2. But a 16mm long pipe costs £4.50? I think the need to find a cheaper alternative.

I bought two of the ss mega driptips from RSM the other week and I'm chuffed to fuck with them. They do come registered post, and frankly I'd be annoyed if they didn't considering they were expensive.

Why would you be annoyed? Registered post covers the seller not the buyer.
