Just received my latest Big Juice flavour order from the thieving bastards at Royal mail.

It was packaged well enough in a padded 'Jiffy' bag, with a 'thank you' sticker sealing down the flap (perhaps indicative of past 'difficulties' re delivery of complete orders?). However there was a sharp neat slit a couple of inches long in the top flap and the two largest bottles of concentrate were missing. The 4 smaller bottles packaged together in a sealed bag were lodged in the bottom of the bag. I am almost certain the cut in the top flap was unlikely to be caused in normal handling so, whatever the thieving bastard postie thought was in the package.......I hope you were fucking disappointed you prick/ess

Big Juice answered my email within 5 mins and had replacements sent out next day del........pretty good.
As for RM, I hope they sell you off to some heartless hedge fund ya bunch of stealy thiefs!!

Insult to injury:3dmad:

Those lovely peeps at Big Juice had the missing flaves in my letterbox this morning, turns out I was lucky to get 'em!!. check out the pix, it's not absolutely clear but the envelope was torn open and even the jiffy bag on the inside was burst.....fortunately for the postie it was my missus who fielded the door or....... Think @Rickster may have a point re sorting office; yesterday it was our regular postie, with an obvious fine slit along the flap, (she seems too nice to be a thief), today it was parcelforce (big up to Steve at Big Juice) and it was a rough tear with the jiffy obviously 'finger poked' (excuse the double entendre). It is rare for there to be probs re delivery here.....even wi the couriers (hope am no temptin' fate in the run up to Christmas)

I've always got my vape mail unopened , I must just be lucky , a neighbours parcel was delivered to mine opened and it contained something called a "fleshlight" if you know, you know, haha, anyway, should've seen his face when he came to collect the parcel and knew that I knew what he was up to, twas a picture! lol
