I bought my second Protank from Safercigs the other day and it fell apart, covering me in juice along the way. So I sent a quick email to the support email address and the reply back was just what I have come to expect from vaping vendors.
An apology that it was faulty, a request to send it back for a replacement and Darren will check the next one to make sure it's ok before sending back. If only all online retailers were as good with customer support as vaping vendors are.
I will definitely put Safercigs at the top of my list of vendors to buy from again
