There will be forward legislation on liquids sold - every manufacturer will have to own the msds etc for each product.

This will give the gv'ment the ability to tax it - make up for the revenue shortfall in tobacco tax - this WILL happen for sure.

However there are a lot of 'Darwin' nominees out there who could kill themselves on a blade of grass let alone e-liquid. - It's these stories of these idiots that get banged into the headlines.

No containers have child-proof tops.
But the tax is welcomed.
