Should e-cigs be banned? poll in daily mirror

Thought you were serious for a second then.
You know that moment when you feel your hackles go up and The Mighty Keyboard Warrior threatens to raise his ugly head?
S'been a long day and now I'm moving furniture :(

Lol. I do misdirect a lot when I am doing a tongue in cheek reply to things. :grin2:

Anyway, I tried to vote a third time, but it seems they are wise to that, it just wouldn't let me do it through safari.
luckily I had chrome on the iPad so have cast today's vote anyway,

tally at 72 percent no again :lol1:

I would feel bad if it wasn't for the fact that this kind of shit really pisses me off. 28 percent shown on there as the kind of tosses who willingly vote to ban something they personally have no interest in, or are just plain and simply twats who probably never smoked, don't see how vaping helps us who used to smoke no longer smoke, and generally have fuck all else to do than try and make the lives of others miserable under the banner of doing the right thing. Wankers

I feel your argument, but 20% of the population smoke, and we, as vapers are making headway. If we can't feel empathy toward those people who have either never smoked, smoke still, and couldn't give a damn or just believe that vapers are knobs, who are we to change their mind? Every day, there is another smoker who turns to electronic cigarettes as a much better alternative to smoking traditional cigarettes...we can't alienate those people simply because they haven't gotten out of the habit that we used to have. We need to educate people and not critizise them, just because we feel that what we are doing is right. It's like telling a catholic to become a muslim or an avid tea-totaller to drink Vodka. We're all human, and we all have our beliefs, and we are after all, entitled to an opinion. It's not people per se, it's Government and their propaganda...how dare we think for ourselves, how dare we want to break a habit of a lifetime, how dare we use e-cigs and not be charged excessive amounts of tax for the privilege of it, how dare we stand against Government, simply how dare we want to live longer?! The answer is that electronic cigarettes, used correctly, will form a band of brothers and sisters and when the Government do strike, let the other percentage make their case, by the time they do, I reckon another million people in the UK will have seen the light and turned to e-cigs, all voters, and with an election coming up, it's time to start asking which of these "Devil's Advocates" are on our side, and not breathe down the neck of those people who as of yet, don't understand...It's simply political, bring the propaganda on, because we're not, as a nation as stupid as you think we are xx MK
