I'm very pleased with my current coil in the KFL, triple twisted 0.2mm, on a 2mm screwdriver. 7 wraps if I recall, came out to 1.2 ohms. Lovely flavour and vapour production. Based on one of Rips builds...

The other problem I'm having is as my kfl is a clone it doesn't have the holes in the side of the deck to put the wire through so I'm limited to maximum 26g single wire as I gotta trap it under the tiny screw heads.... I'll keep experimenting with it and see what I can come up with

If you discover what wattage you prefer,then use a calculator(online)with 8.4 as your voltage & your favoured wattage,you can build coils to suit.

I tried it,and discovered that I halved the amps needed to get 120 odd watts,and also only needed a 0.5 ohm build so started thinking of re-arranging the lipo cells in my boxes but this would require altering my charging method too & as the lipo's aren't getting ANY stress(30-35 amp drawn,when able to produce 80 amps easily)I decided to leave well alone as they are.

Just built a dual coil; 24 gauge, 10 wraps on a 1mm screwdriver coming in at 0.18 ohms. It's on my Stillare with the drip tip hole drilled right out and on a GP Paps (both clones). I'm just amusing myself.

Still need to drill out my stillare as the airflow just isn't right at the minute meaning the 0.12ohm build I'm currently using is a little too spicy for my puny lungs.
