silica wick in a genesis atomizer

nope like i said use a needle bottle to fill down the side of the filling hole wick

Yeah, cheers mate. Couple of questions tho. What size of silica are you using, and have you got 2 wicks on each side? And does it wick well?

@clint just one 90mm 3mm silica and no dry hits so far and am down to a 1/4 tank vaping a 60/40 homemix

i just wet the top part of the wick when i was filling

I did a U-wick on the T2 using silica, and it wicked OK but I found the flavour was muted. I am going to try it again now I've got some ribbon as I can now get more coil surface area onto the wick at lower ohms for a bigger vape. Currently the mesh-silica hybrid wick and ribbon is really working for me.

Has anybody tried a mesh/silica wick on a Evod or a Protank/X9 yet? Tempted to bang one of those out later on.
