Squonk box

Decided to make myself a new toy.
Inspired by the simplicity of the mvapes boxes.
Single 18650 fully mechanical with 10ml bottle.
Fat daddy v4 and magnets from modmaker.
Just hope my copper strip turns up tomorrow so i can finish it over the weekend.

Well the first one split whilst drilling for the button
So had to start again yesterday.
The hole in the door is massive might need to remake it.
Also need a bit of tube hence the rubber under the bottle.
Overall i like it for a first attempt.

working great i prefer this to the first one

Think of tearing down an evic vt and moving it into a Hammond (or similar) enclosure.

The squonker I own is a vapour flask clone from gearbest, the idea is good but the execution poor. I have a bottom fed velocity on top of mine but just not getting the flavour as the dna40 clone and 1 18650 does feel upto the job.

Did you buy the wooden enclosure or make it yourself?

I have a feeling I will need to make my own to house a lipo and squonk bottle.

I make the enclosure myself but there are a few that can be purchased blank ready to build in.
Modmaker does a wooden one
And mvapes does them to.
Also i have read that lifting the coils on the velocity just above the air slots can help with flavour.
Mine is fine at my.3 but it eats batteries that is the only downside.

I have a fused 0.8 ohm clapton in mine, also tears through batteries. I was just looking at mod maker and contemplating the tall boy enclosure.

I would love to try a Squonk box, just bought my first rda today and just love the look of them if only I could find a cheap one.
