Don't get the vela genny from ft. Its not all that good, just a rebranded iatty and the diameter is smaller than the caravela mod.

Agreed. FT Vela Latina was horrible. Mine arrived broke and cross threaded. But I do love the Caravela in SS and Brass. Its the right size for me. I did notice that the Brass version seem to do better with my batteries. It gave me a longer battery life or so it seems. I'm also looking at a Surefire King clone in brass and with a kick.

as a lot of us have said brass is ok when used as accents to mods..i have a few all brass its it not the best look for me but the mixed m16,mixed nem and so on really do do it for me , especially the vela

quite a few people have the origin now..whether it from nat and rob or from ft etc...god knows why they made it 21mm though but the aqua which is matched for it looks good
