It didn't confuse me I don't think. Just use logical reasoning.
Nothing has changed for me as I've had to go to work through all of it. I may have a go at my boss tomorrow about the social distancing issue and no ppe just to be awkward. I've been way too laid back at work just lately. It's about time I bit someone's head off.

There is one bit that I don't get though.
You can now go out unlimited times for exercise , and parks for recreation and whatnot but only with members of your household and you must observe social distancing.

No socialising with friends.......... Going out with your family is not socialising, it's punishment.

My take on that is....
A shoe shop is not an essential shop so will not be allowed to open till June at the earliest so the worker stops at home by which time the public transport issue may be changed.

thing is we need shoes so a shoe is an essential item but the place that sells the shoes aka the shop is not allowed to be open its the most screwed up thing i have ever heard

Mail order/online mate. I much preferred to do it that way even before the lockdown
