Sub Ohm Air hole

I have a dripper not sure of the exact make model etc found it the last day must of bought it and forgot about it. Anyway I'm vaping at 0.6 ohm dual coil with purple efest 18650 battery 35amp.

My question is my dripper only has 1 air hole it's vaping great but is lack of air flow a problem for the battery etc

Lack of air won't do anything to the battery. It will reduce the amount of vapour though and will make your vape hotter.
