Suggestions for new user set up

And another +1 for an eGo with an evod. If they'd prefer a bigger tank but still not huge then the T3. They're dead simple to refill and so far I've not had any leaks. I'm not sure if you're clued up on manufacturers etc so I'll point out that the evod and the T3 are both Kanger brands and both smoke great. Depending on budget it might be a good idea to get a bigger battery than a standard eGo 650 mAh one. Remember to suggest they'll need two - one to smoke and one either on charge or ready to swap.

Mark, this is a photo of my connection, hope the photos work. The threads are on the small raised circle bit in the middle. View attachment 6114View attachment 6115View attachment 6116View attachment 6117

The nearest, I think, is the kangar t2, I've not tried one because the threaded part on the kangar doesn't look as if it will narrow down that much.
Thanks for looking,
Jill

That should allow most clearomizers to be fitted as it says ego and looks like an ego thread on the battery

Ah, ok Mark, thanks for looking for me....I have some bits coming tomorrow that might fit then....I will let you know. I would be really pleased if they did because it would last me a bit longer so I could save for a vamo. Thanks for your help,

PM me your addy and I will dig you out something with an ego thread, that way you wont waste any money buying one to find it wont fit

That's really kind of you, thank you...will return it after I try it......thank you

Personally, I would get your neighbours to join this forum and ask as many questions as they like :)

The reason really is two fold. The first one, is things can get 'lost in translation' and weapons of choice can be rather subjective!! By searching around, posting their situation etc, they can then choose what they feel would be right for them.

Also with the Marketplace and Classies section, there are some bargains to be had, for example BfcDanny has a perfect starter kit, which could suit, with all profits going to charity :)

Just my tuppence :)

Hi,

Just joined the forum and noticed your conversation about our ego. Glad to hear that you liked it and sorry that it took us a little while to get the spare parts in stock, we're still quite a new company (our website only launched in October) so we're still developing and expanding our range. The ego parts you mentioned are all now available on our website if you still need them :)
