Cant say it's the GOAT but I'm quite taken by the Haku Venna RDA and Kumo RDTA.

I would say the Drop V2 RDA and the Steamcrave Supreme V3.
Both are easy to use and flawless.
I have used a lot over the years, from the highest end, highest price point, and these are affordable and excellent.

If you can build a deck and have a good juice I dont think there`s a lot of difference, in a lot of cases it would come down to non leaking and air flow options.
