I could not get a decent vape with the supplied coils, and suffered either dry hits or flooding. Swapped over to a round wire nichrome 7 wraps, 2.5mm id and all is good so far. Using 50/50 juice. Coil is reading around 1.2 ohms running at 10 watts no gurgle and no dry hits.

I think if you attach the coil legs around the screws, then it's legs up. Using the clamps, it's legs down.

Out of interest rew what sort of gap are you leaving between the underside of the coil and the airflow hole. I think I made mistake of not leaving enough gap as originally I only used about 1mm.

Got it as close as I could, 1mm or 2mm at most.

Thanks I will have another look tonight. Although I'm happy at the moment, had to revert back to muji as both cotton bacon and the other cotton I used both flooded.

Built a kanthal coil 7 wraps 2.5mm rod slightly spaced coming out at just over 1ohm. Wicked it as the Naturevape video closed the airflow, filled it up and no leaks! I am sure most do the same as me so not sure what is happening with the folk that are having so much trouble with it. @Coolie27 this is for you.
