I'm so glad I went, the whole day was almost flawless - I left the car at work, 10 minute walk to Euston, 70 minutes on an incredible Virgin train to Birmingham then 10 minutes to the hall. It takes longer to go shopping.

The event itself was much better than Vape Jam - much bigger but with a lot of small vendors, lots of hardware. The whole event seemed to have more soul about it.

I got to meet the lovely Lily - she's definitely a bit scatty but all the better for it, and Scrumpox who lived up to the expectation created by the quality of his posts. He's kept it quiet, hopefully out of modesty so I hope he doesn't mind me going public, but he was working on the Steamcrave stall.

For anyone going on Sunday, Totally Wicked have some nice bargains, and there was a stall near one of the corners selling the Milkman range for £25 for 180ml as well as the IPV5 and Laisimo 200w for £30 each and the TF RTA for £10.

Once again, some of the cheaper juices outshone the pricier ones with the Mr Doughnut range 6 x 15ml for £15, Tornado Pro 3 x 30ml for £10 and Eco Vapes 4 x 30ml for £20.

First and last Vape event I go to.

Most vendors are too busy talking shit to each other or looking at their phones.

A few bargains to be had if you look around, some of it is more expensive than online.

Call me old fashioned, but girls that look about 15 parading around with it all hanging out isn't really needed?

Apart from one or two I tried, most juice tastes the same.

Element trying to sell 100ml bottles for more than the price of 5x 20ml bottles really?

Couple of nice t shirts and some samples was nice, along with some premium juice at a fiver for 15ml

Other than that, fucking shite in my opinion [emoji16]

Had a quick go at the stand and it's OK. Picked one up too so will get review up as soon as I can... Not sure it is better than the mini nauti, need to try my everyy day juices in it. Will let you know how it goes!

Why are there women of any age parading around scantily clad in this kind of capacity? This is 2016 ferchrissakes. Sort yourselves out, event organisers/vendors.

Vape Fest is like the polar opposite of this. They had the Perino girls last year, but that was the only scantily clad vendor promo girls.

The whole event is more of a social occasion than a "Trade Show" and is the main reason that it is the only one I make sure to attend.
