Must admit that gen atties have always scared me a bit But the principle is fascinating, as the wick becomes the resistor itself (if I’ve understood correctly?). Perhaps not the best selection for a novice You OGs managed though

Thanks for all the replies. I’m still resisting rushing out and buying the first shiny thing i see. Still reading seemingly endless reviews and info online. Had a walk into the 3 very local vape shops this weekend. Never liked going in those places, either full of teens thinking they’re gangsters or salesmen recommending their current best commission producing devices.
Got chatting with one chap, he’s vaped for years sub ohm, RDA’s the usual stuff and his advice was get a pod device. £20 Vaporesso.
Still confused what is the best way forward.

If your rushing out to buy ciggies then it looks like your minds pretty much made up, when i quit i was determined not to buy anymore baccy and bought the 1st thing i could afford at the time.

If you were used to Sub Ohm then stick to that for now, I tried a pod and it was a different experience that I didn't enjoy, I have been Sub Ohm for a long time.
