I think trading standards will only investigate if they get complaints of non tpd compliance. Uk might do a canada and turn blind eye.
Does anyone know of any vendor being caught or prosacuted for non tpd complience?

I know that trading standards have been into a shop near me. I don't think there was any problem though.
