TRacking from Focalecig

Hi Folks,

I placed an order with Focalecif a few weeks ago (Group buy) and also bought the tracing option - however, I have no idea how to use the tracking option.

It asks for paypal address (which is fine), but the nalso the order number. Where can I find that, it certainly wasn't in any email confirmation

can anyone help?

I got mine looking at the PayPal receipt I think. Once mine landed I believe it was trackable using royal mails website but track17 was also used.

I will try the paypal reference - do you mean the horrible long alphanumeric paypal reference? or the 4 or 5 digit item code (also in the paypal receipt)

bloody confusing all the numbers :-)

I had this problem with my first group buy, to rectify it you simply make an account with Focal using the email you paid with and it'll be in 'your account' automatically

You and me both buddy, mines been in HWDC for 2 days now. The joys of buying cheap from asia! Buy and forget I believe is the motto, then it's like christmas when it arrives and you forgot it was coming haha
