It's the rent and business rates. It's very difficult for any business to compete with the internet these days, and vape shops have the additional problem of China to deal with.

how can a site advertise in uk pounds and then charge that price from america. bit naughty.
picture of big ben and tower of london with tpd ready bottles is also misleading as if id seen this for the first time i would of thought they were uk based.

I tried that with Dash Vapes in Canada. I suggested that rather than send it via UPS, they send one of their staff down to the post office and use parcel post. They didn't respond.
