No way. What did you order bud? It is indeed it's frustrating how good the customer service is whilst trying to sell the product. As soon as the order is placed you get slow and very basic blunt replies. Did you recieve a tracking number? Hope you get it sorted

Im not saying too much yet because i only ordered on sunday, a rebel dna250 mod. I paid for special delivery... emailed them on monday to ask when they think it will be posted, got a reply at 1am this morning saying they dont know basically. We will see how it goes, il give them 7 days and go from there

Yeah the mod looks great. I also recieved my last email from them at midnight last night. My order was placed on the 15th and it didn't even get sent out till the 25th. (Apparently) did you order the ally black as they take longer because they can only order 9 shells of it at a time I was told when I rang the shop. This was when they actually answered the phone.

Nah mine was the green one, well if my mod isnt here by tuesday 1pm il have my money back via paypal. I dont have the time to ring and email them all the time, i wont be pissing around i dont care if its custom made to order or not they shouldnt promise what they cant deliver.

Exactly. I told him in my email this morning I'm giving them till Friday or I'm going via PayPal to get my money back. Good luck to you, I'm not hopeful for either of us though mate.

Yeah definitely. See I wish I could not give a shit but I actually ordered it as my reuleaux started playing up a week after I gave my old rx200 to my brother. Typical. I actually need it looking like I'll just have to go for the triade and spent the 80 left over on juice. It's not all bad I guess! Good luck mate!

Tracking - they gave me a number which doesn't even work lol

If you want to cancel just return the item. As I mentioned to you already this item was shipped. If you want to cancel, simply return the device to us and we will refund you

Wow guys so the company are just bullshitting. Apparently today they have left me a card. It's in the sorting office now. They're trying to tell me over email now that I was never told it had been shipped on Friday and someone called penny asked who told me that when it was her. Oh my fucking God, shit is ridiculous. Absolute headache the whole thing.
