I'm sorry that people are having issues, but mine seems fine, not one leak, the glass fits fine and it's still performing great. Maybe I just got lucky.

As for the wicking, I didn't muck about much at all, just enough cotton to fit into the wells and that was that, no dry hits, wicking like a beast.

Glass is too large and if your chimney section isnt locking in place maybe leaking from loss of vacum?

This is getting silly now and pissing me off. Stripped it down and checked o rings, rebuilt it and did the test of lying it on its side with juice flow off as that's the time it leaks.
Went back 5 mins later and small leak from same place so stood it upright as I haven't time to try again til later and didn't want to lose all the juice. Just checked before I left and the whole fuckin tank has pissed out all over my mod. Not happy.

Must admit after watching VarosVapor's review [nice guy, positive review] I started to regret my pre-order a little because it did look to me like a potentially very annoying bit of kit. Hmm, we shall see, whenever it finally turns up from China...

Not yet but that's my plan once the kids are in bed. Not gonna let it beat me. Gonna try more cotton as well. I'm used to building goblin and really thinking the cotton tails out. Maybe more is better for Goliath, what u think? Also thought about doubling up the o rings with one of the replacements or is that a bad idea?

Did you see the pic I posted on the first page of how mine was wicked. That's been the best one I've done so far, was getting more vapour out if it last night than normal. After I primed the wick with juice, I then tucked it back up so it wasn't sitting in the lower juice channel.

Where is it coming out from the top of the Juice ring or the bottom? I had some come out the bottom of it today just a little dribble, but I think that was juice from filling, and I left the flow open when I screwed it back together by mistake. Wiped it up properly and it was fine.

Have you got an o-ring on the top and the bottom side of the juice flow ring? I'm sure there is one both sides, just something to check.

I'd try just a replacement first, and see if that fixes it. Sometimes I find o-rings aren't the best and out of shape slightly. If not then maybe try 2, I don't know if that would make it harder to turn though?

Yep, o rings on both sides.

No probs,

The juice ring and lower part of the tank are together right as well aren't they. I know when I first put it together I didn't put it together right and it didn't open and close fully. Probably not the problem, just trying to cover everything. Just seems weird to be coming out the top. Would have expected it to be the bottom if anything. You sir are a gent and a genius. Success (so far). I stripped it down and replaced the o rings with the spares and wicked as per your picture and its working grand, no leaks at all.
I'd like to say it was the o rings and not my build haha! but whatever it was im just happy now.
