Hi @Jean Claude and welcome to the planet.
Even though your a long time vapor its best asking this now as ive lost track of how many people that dont do this.
do you prime coils and start at a lower wattage. my norm is 50-60w and i always start at 20watt. you wont get much cloud or flavour but the coil is still bedding in and heating up. turn up a few watt every puff until you reach your sweet spot.
as mentioned there are ice nic shots available now but ive never tried one so no idea how good they are.
my last iced flavours were from dinner lady summer holiday range and they all have varying ice hits between 15-25% and as far as i can remember i was averaging 10-14 days but this was using different tanks and coils.
