Vape -Liquid.co Anybody else had any problems with delivery or communication

I didn't receive an order from them. I emailed them and had a reply 7 days later saying my order had been delivered and sent me the tracking code . Tracking shows delivered to Mr Smith in Stoke ,Im near London and my name is Rees . So emailed again and they offered me a refund or a redelivery I requested redelivery I've heard nothing since that was on 27th oct Ive sent 5 further emails asking if my order has been sent but not heard back at all . My original order was purchased on 13 oct with a 2 to 5 day delivery time. So its been 4 weeks they have had my money. Anyone else had problems with this company or are they just very slow to respond.

After no communication from Vape-Liquid.co /NY Vape Distro I have had my money refunded through paypal resolution. Vape-Liquid.co , NY Vape Distro are just a waste of time and your money.
