Jan in Pontefract - I LOVE YOU! She was a good girl. Saying the vapourizers shouldn't be called e-cigs (which I agree with) and that it's not smoke it's VAPE dammit!! Now she has given out some very good information that people who don't vape probably wouldn't know (different strenghts and also 0nicotine based liquids).
All in all she did a good job.

I don't know how widely available THC oil is but I've never come across it outside of Amsterdam, and separating it from the plant into a solution is difficult and dangerous. I really, really doubt that a kid could get hold of some, and suspect that in actuality it was a higher nic level juice and a first time user's introduction to a nicotine high, exacerbated by the placebo effect through the suggestion that it was da herb.
