I was trying to convert my aunt to the vaping few months ago, I was telling her how satisfying it is and how easy it makes you to give up smoking but she wouldn't listen. She told me that she heard it somewhere or read it on news that e-cig's gives you cancer and refused to do it and she was saying this while taking a drag from a fag lol 
My point is misinformation everywhere. People actually report getting better. You need to remember that vaping although it may look like smoking it is nothing like it. Give your body a time to deliver the nicotine which is most of it absorbed in the mouth and throat instead of lungs. If you chain vape to get the nicotine hit, it will slowly build up to the point of overdose, which will be apparent with headaches, nausea and heart palpitations.
