Actually I didn't. I thought vaping was vaping and subohming was different.
Ah ok, you need to do a bit more reading then, but your question makes more sense now
In short - vaping is vaping..as you've been doing on whatever setup you're using atm. You press a button and the battery causes the metal coil in your atomiser to heat up and it turns your ejuice into vapour which you then inhale.
Some people use a coil which reads at a resistance of more than 1ohm...this doesn't take much power to heat up, it produces a small amount of vapour and most people will inhale this vapour in what is called a 'mouth to lung' (mtl) fashion. That is they take the vapour into their mouths, then into their lungs before breathing it out - like how most people smoke a ciggy. Often people vape in this fashion using a high level of nicotine - 6mg and above.
Some folk vape on a coil with a resistance of less than 1ohm - thus the term 'subohm vaping'. This requires more power to heat, produces a far larger volume of vapour which is generally inahaled 'direct to lung' (dtl). That is they breath the vapour straight into their lungs before exhaling. Because the volume of vapour from a dtl draw is much larger than that from a mtl inhale most people who vape on a subohm coil will use a far lower level of nicotine in their ejuice - usually 6mg or less.
No matter what resistance of coil you use you're still vaping, subohming is nothing fancy - it's just a different style of vaping that suits some people better than others. Some folk do both depending on situation or just on what they fancy
Hope that clarifies things a little, just ask if you have any more questions about it - thats what we're here for
