You need to push yourself to experiment with lower ohms And more wattage mate. Try a 1.5 with ten whole watts. It will blow your mind.

It's definitely a mental barrier for me. I did try a 1.9 ohm coil once and frankly it was frightening. The aggressive manner in which the juice was vaporised intimidated me to the point I needed an extra therapy session that week. And that was 9.6 watts on my Istick 10- so I was really pushing it.
I'm sure one day I'll be ready but at the moment I feel that it'd be one step too far.

It's ok buddy it's a big step. Try getting a parent or other trusted adult to drill out the airflow on a ce4. Take it to 1.5mm or if your feeling really brave 2mm. The extra airflow should help cool down those 10 horses of power.

Yep, that's the way most folks start vaping, myself included..
6 yrs ago, when I was a newbie, I started tootle puffing a Protank on a Provari ...I then got into mechs and learned about ohms law and batt safety..This was my introduction to subohm as most of my RDA's vaped best with 0.20-0.30 ohm builds..cut my nic back from 24mgs (Provari) to 3mgs (mech) Loved the wide open airflow on my RDA's that allowed for deep, cloud blowin lung hits..
Today with the introduction of high wattage VW mods I thoroughly enjoy subohm vaping, at around 100-190w or so with tanks like the CloudBeast with the .15 ohm T8 coils..also love dual clapton builds
around 0.15-0.20 ohms in my RTA's like the RTA-2 and Griffin..
Also cut my nic back a little more to only 2.5 mgs..I get my acquired nicotine addition completely satisfied in only 2-3 deep lung pulls, thanks to subohm, keeping me tobacco free and vape happy...

I was puffing on the Mrs istick 40w/UTA2 clone with 1.06 build at 23w and it is a stunning vape - makes me wonder why I dick about with other stuff (only for a split second though)

seems I can't edit photos once posted..Forgot I had a couple of these posted on the Smok beast thread as these clouds were blown on the CloudBeast tank (subohm, 125-140w)
The one of my little sister tootle puffing at 13w on a 1.8 ohm coil for comparison is new as well as the cloud pic of me with a subohm RTA..(dual clapton build shown) Again, my apologies for the double posts...
