Vaping whilst driving

Is it against the law to vape when your driving ?
Cause really your still operating an electronic device a bit like your phone any thoughts on this

Depends on the copper. Technically, it's illegal to do anything with your hands except drive. A woman was nicked a couple f years ago for eating an apple.

On a side note, I was driving to work the other day and saw a woman doing her makeup in the rear view mirror! I was so surprised, I nearly dropped my razor in my cornflakes.

If it's illegal to do anything but drive, surely the law about mobile phones is redundant. It has always struck me as an odd law, when it's no more distracting than numerous other things people do while driving

I vape when driving whenever I'm driving, not sure on the legalities of it but I always used to smoke while driving too. The only beef I've got is due to the influx of cold weather if you don't crack a window you'll find a sort of 'film' building up on your wind screen which is a pain to get off easily with just a cloth.

Had a google about it and apparently it's common for vapers to get 'foggy windscreens' in colder climates.

I'm not really concerned about if vape-driving is legal or not. What concerns me is that my drip tip could knock out my front teeth if I have to anchor on the breaks. I need to find a rubber drip tip for driving.

I vape & drive. Again not sure about the legalities!!! 1 thing is I was find'n somewhere 2 sit my sid when not take'n a toot, between my legs didn't workout 2 well so my OH who is a mean with a machine made me this

I do ! I always smoked at the wheel & i now vape but not at any cost of course. I always think that the difference with vaping or smoking & mobile phone use is that when you are on the phone your mind is distracted to another place or subject elsewhere so there's no way you can stay focused on the road. Smoking or vaping though, you're in the moment ! I can perform it without taking my eyes off the road but when i smoked i used make roll ups at the wheel ! (Bad lad)
If i'm vaping at the wheel, i use something already set up with a tank so there's no maintenance, like an evod or something simple. Works for me on long journeys i've found.

I vape while driving and smoked as well. I find it easier as I drive an automatic (lazy and I love it). All cars should be automatic :-)
